TONY BEAUMONT B.Sc., Grad. Dip. (Physio) Grad. Dip. App. Sc. (Manip. Physio)

Tony is a Principal Partner at Metropolitan Physiotherapy Services and brings more than 30 years of experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injury management, and exercise prescription.

Tony has a special interest in the treatment of acute back pain, sports-related spinal conditions, and headaches. His extensive experience in sports physiotherapy has seen him contribute to elite athlete care through his involvement with the Australian Olympic Athlete Program, including the gold medal-winning Australian Men's Hockey Team in 2004 Olympic Games. He also served as the Physiotherapy spokesperson for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

In addition to his clinical work, Tony is the Director of back@work, a computer-based ergonomic assessment program designed to improve workplace health, reduce injury risk, and support employee wellbeing.

Tony consults from our Caringbah clinic Monday through Friday.

PAULA KAIRAITIS B.App.Sc (Physio), M.App.Sc (Manip. Physio) Grad. Dip. (Exer & Sports Sc.)

Paula is a Principal Partner at Metropolitan Physiotherapy Services and has been an integral member of the team for more than 20 years. After joining the practice as a physiotherapist, she later became a partner and now brings over 25 years of clinical experience across both hospital and private practice settings.

Committed to advancing her expertise, Paula completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Exercise and Sports Science in 1994, followed by a Master of Manipulative Physiotherapy in 1996. She is a Titled Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, recognising her advanced skills and extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Paula has a particular passion for assessing and treating injuries from a biomechanical perspective, helping patients identify and address the underlying causes of their pain and dysfunction. Her evidence-based approach enables her to develop tailored treatment plans that support both recovery and long-term wellbeing.

In addition to her work at our Caringbah clinic, Paula works alongside orthopaedic surgeons in a fracture clinic, providing specialised care in fracture management and rehabilitation. She is available for consultations at Caringbah four days per week.

KYM POTTINGER B.Phty Hons. (1st Class)

Kym is an experienced physiotherapist with more than 25 years of clinical practice across Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. She has a strong background in paediatric physiotherapy and a particular passion for supporting infants and young children during their critical developmental years, with a special focus on children aged 0 to 5 years.

Throughout her career, Kym has worked at leading paediatric hospitals, including Mater Children's Hospital in Brisbane, BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver, Sydney Children's Hospital in Randwick, and University College Hospital in London. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and the APA National Paediatric Group, reflecting her ongoing commitment to excellence in paediatric care.

As a registered NDIS provider and member of the Early Intervention Service Provider Panel, Kym works closely with children and families to support developmental outcomes through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. She is dedicated to helping children achieve their full physical potential and empowering families with the knowledge and support they need throughout their child's development.

Kym is particularly passionate about promoting access to physical activity for children and young people living with disability. She enjoys helping children and adolescents build confidence, develop movement skills, and participate more fully in sport, recreation, and everyday activities.

Kym consults from our Caringbah clinic every Tuesday and every second Monday and Saturday.

 CELINE CHOONG B.Phty. Hons. (1st Class)

Celine is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked across both private practice and hospital settings, providing care to patients with a wide range of conditions. She has extensive experience in the management of musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, workplace and motor vehicle accident injuries, neurological conditions, chronic pain, aged care, and fracture management.

Celine is passionate about helping people move better and feel better. Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with targeted exercise programs, focusing on restoring optimal movement patterns and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. Known for her attentive listening skills and keen eye for detail, she takes the time to understand each patient's individual needs and goals, allowing her to deliver personalised, effective care.

In addition to her work at our Caringbah clinic, Celine works alongside orthopaedic surgeons in a fracture clinic, where she provides specialised care in fracture management, casting and splinting, and rehabilitation following injury or surgery.

Celine consults at our Caringbah clinic from Tuesday to Friday, as well as every second Saturday.
